“Distinguindo o melhor do jornalismo focalizado no abastecimento de água, saneamento e higiene!”
O Concelho de Concertação para o Abastecimento em Água e o Saneamento (WSSCC) e o Instituto Internacional da Água de Estocolmo (SIWI) recebe candidaturas para a terceira edição da competição dos “Prémios WASH para os media”. Esta competição está aberta a jornalistas que publiquem ou difundam reportagens de investigação originais entre o mês de Março de 2009 e Abril de 2010 sobre questões de abastecimento em água, saneamento ou higiene (WASH) nos seus países.
A iniciativa “Prémio WASH para os media” reconhece e apoia o papel fulcral dos media na crescente consciencialização sobre a importância da água, saneamento e serviços de higiene. Tem como objectivo melhorar o acesso a esses serviços através de uma atitude positiva junto dos políticos, empresários, representantes da sociedade civil e cidadãos individuais.
