Join the World’s Longest Toilet Queue on World Water Day 2009

The World’s Longest Toilet Queue is a mass mobilisation event and Guinness World Record attempt bringing together thousands of campaigners on World Water Day, 22 March 2010.

The campaigners are demanding that governments act to solve the global sanitation and water crisis, one month before the first High-Level Meeting on Sanitation and Water in Washington DC on 22 April 2010. The meeting is being held as part of the Global Framework for Action on Sanitation and Water – an international platform recently established to turn political commitments into action.

This global campaign event is organised by End Water Poverty, the Freshwater Action Network (FAN) and the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC).
